Karmveer is a Law graduate from Delhi University and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has served in several large companies, heading their Legal department and also as a Partner of a reputed Law Firm. He has over 20 years of experience in dealing with IPR protection including trademark and copyright litigation, counterfeit matters, arbitration, civil and criminal matters, insolvency & bankruptcy matters, drafting commercial agreements, and providing strategic consultancy & advisories to corporates, firms, and individuals.
