Anagha is an Advocate enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council and holds a BA.LLB (Hons.) with an LLM in Intellectual Property and Trade Law. She is proficient in trademarks, design, and copyright law with a robust background in docketing, filing and prosecution. She also handles trademark filings with the USPTO and conducting comprehensive searches for filings in India. She is also involved in drafting and vetting IP and commercial agreements for both Indian and international clients. Additionally, she also possesses litigation experience, representing clients before the High Court of Karnataka, lower Courts and NCLT. Further, she also assists the Firm in business development work.
