Dilip Kr. Niranjan is a law graduate and a fellow memberof Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI), has experience of more than 20 years in the area of corporate legal consultancy and litigation including alternate dispute resolution i.e., arbitration. His practice consists mainly of legal advisory and consultancy on Company Law, Securities Laws, Foreign Exchange Law and Insolvency law. He has been advising and providing consultancy services to foreign clients with regards to foreign investment in India including external commercial borrowing. both at advisory and legal assistance at legal forum at NCLT/ NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court.
